The Role:
As a Sales executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping to drive sales growth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fun and vibrant industry, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing, customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Support with the preparation of sales materials, product information, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock management and despatch for timely deliveries.
- Process payments and track orders to ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.
- Help to manage and update product listings on the website and in the sales catalogue.
- Assist in preparing reports and sales data analysis.
- Participate in trade shows and events, representing the company and showcasing our products.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask.
- Experience in a sales support, customer service, or retail environment (experience in the party supplies industry is a bonus).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems is desirable.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
