Elevate Recruitment Group is a leading recruitment partner that specialises in providing exceptional customer service and communication. Our small, yet experienced team is dedicated to helping businesses find the right talent for their needs. We work very closely with all of our candidates and clients to manage the entire hire process and our aim is to make the experience for both parties as smooth sailing as possible.

20 years recruitment experience between our 2 Directors, James and Logan, combined with a very personal and modern approach, means both candidates and clients are in safe hands.

Whether it is finding a new job or hiring the perfect recruit, either way, it can be a stressful and time consuming process. At ERG we look to eliminate any unnecessaries from the process for you by dealing with the majority of the work involved. From advertising, vetting, referencing to final job interview, we will manage the entire schedule of events.
Our Strategy? To do this, in the most efficient yet most relaxed way possible, keeping in touch with both candidate and client every step of the way. Sometimes, even a simple response or update goes a long way.
Whether it is meeting at our office/client premises or sitting down with a coffee, we want everyone involved to feel comfortable and looked after at all times. We find that doing it that way, often produces better results.
