Working Pattern: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (with flexibility in working hours)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant to join our clients growing team based in Crawley. Working within the fast-paced and exciting events industry, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting a busy finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Sending and processing customer invoices
Reconciling bank and card transactions
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with accounts administration and bookkeeping tasks
Managing and updating financial data using QuickBooks
Supporting the wider team with finance-related duties as required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a bookkeeping, accounts assistant, or finance administration role
Proficiency in QuickBooks is ideal but not essential (other financial software experience is required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Strong communication skills
