Salary: £22,000 to £23,000 per annum
Job Summary:
We are seeking a a customer service/administrator to join our prestigious clients' team in managing daily administrative tasks as well as dealing with customer queries over the phone and on email. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office operations and possess strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, data entry, and filing
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle correspondence and enquiries via both phone and email
- Maintain a computerised filing system
- Uphold phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
