Overview
Our client are seeking a skilled and versatile Electrician/Multi Trader to join their team operating in and around Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative electrical works, fault finding, small installations and repair work all whilst maintaining high levels of H&S compliance.

This is a remote role where a company van and fuel card will be provided as our client works on commercial sites such as schools, retail units, offices and residential properties across London.

Duties

• To carry out a range of commercial electrical and plumbing/ and or AC building maintenance tasks.

• Role to include planned and reactive electrical and building services maintenance.

• Electrical works to include Lighting Alarm systems (High and low voltage, Re-wiring, AHU, FCU, Installation Power, EICR TESTING).

• Perform fault diagnosis on commercial equipment minimising disruptions by ensuring timely repairs and solutions.

• Diagnosing breakdown faults, carrying out repair works, completing daily reports, advising customers on operation of equipment and working to company procedures.

• Display self-management and good interpersonal skills.

• To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed back to the office.

• Delivering high levels of customer service to all clients.

Pre-employment checks
The successful candidate will need to go through standard pre-employment checks after they have been offered a job. This includes employment referencing, verifying right to work in the UK, verifying driving licence and a clean DBS Check.

Mobile, reactive role with work based in central London and surrounding.

Salary
Permanent full time
£40,000 - Dependent on experience
22 days holiday + bank holidays
