Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Client's vibrant team based in Redhill. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent within the financial, tech and payment sectors, specifically for temporary, contract and interim positions. You will play a crucial part in building relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets the needs of all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for relationship management and a proven track record in Recruitment and Business Development.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients requiring temporary, contract or interim based hires.
Utilise various sourcing techniques, including social media management, to attract potential candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles.
Maintain detailed knowledge of contractor regulations, right-to-work requirements and IR35 compliance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Generate leads through networking and proactive outreach efforts.
Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
Achieve performance targets and ensure high client satisfaction through reliable and fast interim delivery.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a 360 recruitment or a similar role is preferred but not essential
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
Understanding of hiring dynamics, including IR35 and compliance requirements.
Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to lead generation and talent acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems for managing both clients and contractors
