We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic administrator for one of our clients based in Horsham. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This will be working within the funding services department and dealing with administration of all aspects of lease agreements and other internal products as well as dealing with customers and stakeholders.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00am to 17:30pm
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Job Role
· Process all requests from Account Managers.
· Carry out full audit of lease and other deal documentation and follow internal processes through to deal completion.
· Maintain and reconcile Finance House prepay systems, settlements and commissions.
· Resolve pay-out and new deal queries with a commercial mind-set, actively pursuing outstanding deals.
· Understand Finance House audit guidelines.
· Conduct assessments of the financial credibility of customers to enable informed credit clearance and investigation of any credit rejections from the Finance House.
· Liaising with the Finance House Account Managers on a regular basis.
· Regularly review existing processes to ensure they are still relevant and risk is mitigated.
· General administration duties as and when is required
Experience
· Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with Key Stakeholders.
· Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple workloads while maintaining attention to detail.
· Numerate and comfortable with complex calculations.
· Understanding of IT systems and the use of new tools and programmes.
· Be able to work independently and take initiative whilst being energetic and self-motivated.
· Respond positively and proactively to change and feedback

Part Time Administrator

Our client based in Horsham is looking for a part time administrator to join their team to help with their operation. This is a part time position which will be split across the week initially but this could increase over time.
Location: Horsham
Hours: 15 to 20 per week (Flexible)
Hourly rate: £11.44 or £14.91 (umbrella)
Duties:
Processing orders and payments
Sending invoices over to clients
Responding to queries over the phone and on email
General administration and filing duties
Would Require:
At least 1 year office/administration experience
Attention to detail
Personal and professional approach
