Job Summary
The Service Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's service department. This position involves managing customer enquiries, processing service requests, and providing exceptional support to both clients and team members. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to analyse information effectively.
Duties
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and assistance.
Process service requests and maintain detailed records in the database.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Upsell services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue.
Ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain a professional phone etiquette while handling calls from clients.

Design & Production Assistant

Our client, a high-end interior glass specialist, are looking for a design and production assistant to join their team.
Job Overview:
Understand the clients design preferences upon receival of a successful survey sheet
Liaise with designers to bring visions to life via a drawing/design for approval
Email drawings/designs to clients for approval and request e-signatures
Edit and adapt drawings where required
Complete design tasks and export to the correct file type
Work closely with project managers and assist with the completion of projects
Upon approval of drawings, order the project with chosen fabricators
Approve production drawings with chosen fabricators
Organise and finalise fabrication completion dates
Help with final stages of project completion such as photoshoots and obtaining client reviews/testimonials
Understand and become an expert on the products
Keep up to date with industry regulations and changes
Organise project files
