Overview
Our client are seeking a skilled and versatile Electrician/Multi Trader to join their team operating in and around Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative electrical works, fault finding, small installations and repair work all whilst maintaining high levels of H&S compliance.

This is a remote role where a company van and fuel card will be provided as our client works on commercial sites such as schools, retail units, offices and residential properties across London.

Duties

• To carry out a range of commercial electrical and plumbing/ and or AC building maintenance tasks.

• Role to include planned and reactive electrical and building services maintenance.

• Electrical works to include Lighting Alarm systems (High and low voltage, Re-wiring, AHU, FCU, Installation Power, EICR TESTING).

• Perform fault diagnosis on commercial equipment minimising disruptions by ensuring timely repairs and solutions.

• Diagnosing breakdown faults, carrying out repair works, completing daily reports, advising customers on operation of equipment and working to company procedures.

• Display self-management and good interpersonal skills.

• To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed back to the office.

• Delivering high levels of customer service to all clients.

If the applicant only has Domestic experience, our client would be willing to put them through their Commercial certification. Working on domestic or commercial sites such as schools, retail units, offices and residential properties in and around Central London, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative gas maintenance, fault finding, small installations and repair work, as well as ensuring high levels of Health & Safety compliance at all times.

Responsibilities

• To have knowledge and experience in the installation of commercial boiler rooms, this will include installing boilers, pumps and other associated plant.

• Deliver the Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule.

• To be able to carry out servicing and reactive breakdowns.

• Diagnosing breakdown faults, carrying out repair works, completing daily reports, advising customers on operation of equipment and working to company procedures.

• To be able to perform maintenance, repair, de-commissioning and re-commissioning of systems and equipment within the scope of their specific disciplines.

• To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed back to the office.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems. This role requires an individual to carry out servicing, fault-finding and installations on air conditioning systems.

This work is predominantly on properties based in London.

Duties

• To carry out PPM Maintenance & Servicing of AC, VRV and commercial refrigerant units as well as installations.

• To carry out F-Gas certification of required equipment

• Maintenance/ Cleaning of: Ventilation/ Extract/ Air Conditioning Internal/ Air Conditioning Outdoor units.

• Assisting with diagnosing breakdown faults and carrying out repair works

• De-commissioning and re-commissioning of systems and assisting with small installations.

• Completing daily electronic reports on CLIK and liaising with the office/ customers as required.

• Where possible you may be asked to undertake various different tasks under the scope of the company such as general building maintenance checks.

Duties
