Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems. This role requires an individual to carry out servicing, fault-finding and installations on air conditioning systems.
This work is predominantly on properties based in London.
Duties
To carry out PPM Maintenance & Servicing of AC, VRV and commercial refrigerant units as well as installations.
To carry out F-Gas certification of required equipment
Maintenance/ Cleaning of: Ventilation/ Extract/ Air Conditioning Internal/ Air Conditioning Outdoor units.
Assisting with diagnosing breakdown faults and carrying out repair works
De-commissioning and re-commissioning of systems and assisting with small installations.
Completing daily electronic reports on CLIK and liaising with the office/ customers as required.
Where possible you may be asked to undertake various different tasks under the scope of the company such as general building maintenance checks.

Overview
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Domestic Gas Engineer to join our clients team. This role involves boiler installation, repair and servicing. As well as plumbing services such as bathroom installation, leak detection and repair and general plumbing maintenance. Our client are looking for an engineer that will carry out all aspects of domestic heating and plumbing related installation, maintenance and repair work to meet the needs of the company and their valued customers.
Duties
Perform servicing, breakdown diagnostics and maintenance on all types of gas boilers and heating systems.
Conduct Landlord Gas Safety Inspections in line with statutory requirements.
Complete boiler installation work as needed.
Carry out repairs and maintenance on domestic plumbing systems when required.
Undertake internal drainage work as necessary.
Deliver all work to the highest professional standards, ensuring full compliance with gas, water and building regulations.
Provide and maintain all required hand tools for the role.
Remain fully contactable by telephone during working hours unless restricted by law.
Adhere to all elements of the company’s Health & Safety policy at all times.
Ensure all gas industry qualifications are kept valid and up to date.
Keep all paperwork such as parts orders, timesheets, quotations, and tablet-based data accurate and updated daily.
Proactively share information about company services and policies.
Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and champion full compliance with Health & Safety regulations as core principles of the service provided.
Carry out any other reasonable duties within your skillset and capabilities to support business needs.
Working Schedule & Other
Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 with 1 hour paid lunch.
Power tools will be provided, hand tools to be supplied by employees.
Work van will be provided for business and commuting use only.
This is a field based role covering parts of London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
