Our client, a well established Building contractor based in Horley, Surrey, are looking for a Multi Skilled Trader to join their team. Specialising in all types of building work, including; extensions, loft conversions, refurbs & new builds, you will be expected to assist in every phase of the build. From helping out the groundworks team to final finishing touches.
With this in mind, we are searching for an individual that has experience in the following: General labouring, carpentry (mainly 2nd fix), building. Groundworks/Plastering also preferred but not essential.
Most work is based local to Horley/Reigate areas but sometimes can be slightly further afield, for that reason, our client would like all applicants to have their own form of transport to get to and from the different work locations.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
This is a self-employed role and all applicants will need to have their own UTR and be registered self-employed to be able to apply.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join one of our partnering companies, a very well-known Roofing Contractor in the Reigate/Horley area. They are specifically looking for an individual who has previous experience within the industry that could fit in well with their already established team.
Most work is local to Reigate/Horley but they get the odd contract/job based further away from this area. For this reason, they are ideally wanting someone who has their own transport to get to and from work locations.
This role will involve: general labouring, leading jobs, ensuring site is kept neat and tidy at all times, felt & battening, tiling in, cement work (as well as running dry ridge & verge kits). Rubber flat roofing & leadwork previous experience ideal but not essential. Training to be given over time once the successful candidate has settled into the role.
Salary: £150.00-£200.00 per day depening on experience
Hours: 08:00-16:00

Our client, Affordable Roofing Services are currently looking for a General Labourer to join their already established team. Based in Horley, Surrey, Affordable are a very reputable roofing contractor with lots of opportunities to progress up the ladder.
This role will involve working closely with experienced roofers and project leads to assist with the day to day running of jobs. Jobs will include, setting up site, ensuring site is kept tidy at all times, bumping up tiles, cutting tiles, felt and battening and a lot more.
