Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (hours will vary depending on site and project requirements)


Our client is a growing construction company specialising in internal glass and door solutions, delivering high-quality projects across the UK and occasionally overseas. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Installation Supervisor to join their team based in their new, modern and well-designed office in South Nutfield.


The Role

This is a hands-on role involving site surveying, assisting with installation planning, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. The successful candidate will visit sites across the UK, carry out accurate measurement surveys and conduct client meetings, liaise with contractors, and assist with the installation planning to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The role will involve regular travel throughout the UK, with the potential of occasional overseas travel depending on project requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting detailed site surveys and taking accurate measurements

  • Supervising installation teams on-site

  • Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project managers

  • Identifying and resolving on-site issues efficiently

  • Ensuring projects meet company quality and safety standards

  • Monitoring progress and reporting updates to management

  • Assisting with planning and preparation for upcoming installations

  • Managing multiple projects and site visits simultaneously

Requirements

  • Previous experience in site surveying, site supervision, or a similar construction-related role

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

  • Professional and proactive attitude

  • Experience within the glass, glazing, or door industry beneficial but not essential

Plasterer Wanted

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable plasterer to join our clients team, carrying out work across Surrey, Sussex and London.


Pay: £180–£230 CIS per day, depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00
Requirements: Own van and tools essential


ROLE SUMMARY

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of plastering works across our jobs in Surrey, Sussex and London. We need someone experienced enough to be left in charge of a job and see it through to completion, either working independently or alongside a labourer.

You’ll be expected to assess the work required, prepare areas correctly, complete plastering to a high standard and leave the job clean and tidy.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing walls and ceilings ready for plastering

  • Skimming walls and ceilings to a high-quality finish

  • Carrying out patch repairs and general plastering work

  • Boarding/plasterboarding where required

  • Applying bonding, backing coats and other preparation as necessary

  • Protecting floors, furniture and surrounding areas before starting work

  • Working independently and managing jobs from start through to completion

  • Working alongside and directing a labourer where required

  • Making sure work is completed efficiently and to a professional standard

  • Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe

  • Communicating professionally with customers, site staff and the office/team

  • Looking after materials and ensuring jobs are completed with minimal waste

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You must have solid plastering experience and be confident working without constant supervision. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can manage their own workload and can be trusted to complete jobs properly.


You’ll need:

  • Your own van and tools

  • Good plastering experience

  • Ability to work independently

  • A high standard of workmanship

  • Good timekeeping and reliability

  • Professional attitude when working in customers’ properties

  • Good communication skills

Full Time Monday to Friday work available for the right person.
